About Myself

Ye Wang (Cheryl)

Founder of CentriGrowth, teacher, coach and mentor

Since relocating from Shanghai to Seattle with my family in 2012, I've immersed myself in over a decade of invaluable experiences in immigrant integration, self-development, education, and parenting. As a certified elementary and Chinese teacher in secondary schools in Washington State, I've passionately championed language and cultural teachings, innovating to meet the diverse needs of my students and their families. My efforts have garnered recognition, including prestigious awards and opportunities to share insights globally.

Beyond the classroom, I've dedicated a decade to volunteering with local immigrant organizations, facilitating language and cultural exchanges to enrich our community. Currently completed over 104 hours coaching training and practice and pursuing the advanced training at the Co-Active Training Institute, I'm honing my skills in co-active coaching to better support my students, their parents, my colleagues, and any immigrant friends who are in need of support. Continual growth fuels my journey; I delve into the learning and practice of educational psychology, positive discipline, emotional coaching, mindfulness meditation (MBSR) and Positive Intelligence, Advocate for Action For Happiness, aligning personal development with familial values.

My commitment to lifelong learning drives me to empower others. Through a fusion of professional expertise and personal dedication, I aspire to guide individuals toward their fullest potential.
